Yes. Cancellation can be done within 7 business days from the day you declare the parcel in MicroCover.
Write in to support@microcover.app for a cancellation. Refund shall take place within 14 business days.

Claim can be submitted at our collaborating claim portal https://www.mcap.asia

The submission of a parcel claim must be made within 7 business days from the day the parcel is delivered; or, 7 business days from the day courier company officially inform of parcel lost.

The limit of claim payable is your actual loss amount less 10% excess fee, subject to the percentage of the coverage.

An excess fee is the amount of claim to be borne by you. It's the amount that will be deducted from the final claim amount payable by the insurance company.
