How to Purchase Parcel Insurance on MicroCover
MicroCover offers a user-friendly platform via web and mobile app. Here's how you can insure your parcels in three easy steps:
- Login: Use your mobile number to access your account.
- Declare: Enter your parcel's value and a brief item description.
- Pay: The surcharge is calculated based on the declared value, and you can complete the payment instantly.
For a parcel worth RM2,500, the surcharge is calculated as 1% of the declared value (RM25).
Is Your Item Covered?
MicroCover provides coverage against loss and damage worldwide (excluding war-torn countries). However, certain items are excluded:
Not Covered Items like alcohol, luxury goods (jewelry), antiques, perishable goods, and fragile items like glass. |
